Capital & Coast District Health Board has a requirement to source a building contractor to carry out building works to seismically upgrade the Operations Building located on Mein street, Newtown, Wellington.
The upgrading involves the strengthening of end walls and stairs including site establishment, site protection, health & safety requirements and compliance with local authority and building regulations where required.
