The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their proposals to be the Councils technology partner for the supply and implementation of a Customer and Bookings system and to provide a digital services platform to support the provision of online services to Council residents and ratepayers.

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers of their ability to provide services as outlined above and about their respective organisations. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide these services.
