A new communications network is required to connect the various control points and water level monitoring sites that make up the upper Heathcote storage scheme. The communications network shall comprise a combination of fixed microwave linking and a multipoint UHF radio network. Together, the Microwave and multipoint systems form the communication solution for the land drainage recovery project.

A timeline on this project is intending to release a RFP over May or June at the latest.
