Overview of the Opportunity

Christchurch City Council (the Council) intends to issue a closed market Request for Proposal (RFP) for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of CCTV and Access Control.

This is a secondary procurement process following an Expression of Interest (EOI) released in May 2018. Only shortlisted suppliers from EOI will be invited to this procurement.


Purpose of the Notice

The purpose of this notice is to inform potential respondents of the nature and timing of the proposed RFP to allow for advanced planning.

No further information will be made available at this time. This is not a request for information. No response to this notice is expected or required; and any information provided to the Council at this stage will not be considered. The Council does not intend to enter into any communications before the publication of the RFP.
