The Council is seeking proposals from independent registered valuers to value the Council's Transport infrastructure assets as well as the supply of listings of valuations for financial reporting statements and for insurance purposes. The valuation for financial reporting is to be performed in accordance with NZ Infrastructure Asset Valuation and Depreciation Guidelines (NZ IAV) and Public Entity International Public Sector Accounting Standard 17 Property, Plant and Equipment (PBE IPSAS 17).
