The high level objectives of this RFI process are:

• Identify potential suppliers , their presence in the local market, their capacity and capabilities, , key personnel and support available;
• Gain understanding of the Prospective Suppliers’ ability to deliver the services in similar work environment (both in terms of size and complexity);
• Understand the solutions available in the market with proven scalability, innovation and energy efficiency that can meet the Council’s requirements;
• Identify Prospective Suppliers that have experience in managing transition from a Siemens based system to another system. ;
• Understand implications for a possible transition (including timeframes, hardware, software and training required);
• Identify best opportunities to achieve efficient and value for money service delivery;
• Offer support to a second procurement stage to inform potential future arrangements.
