The purpose of this RFP is to invite Respondents to submit Proposals for a ground lease at Auburn Reserve, Christchurch.

The successful Respondent will be required to negotiate the purchase of the Building owned by Christchurch West Amateur Radio Club directly with them on conclusion of this process. Any sale and purchase of the Building should be conditional on receiving the Council's approval to grant a ground lease to the successful Respondent.
