The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals for Tax Advisory and Compliance Services.
The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Services. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide the Services.
This RFP is for the provision of the Services to the Council and to a number of the Council's subsidiaries, where those subsidiaries obtain their accounting and tax services from or in conjunction with Council. These subsidiaries include Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL), Vbase Limited, Civic Building Limited and Tuam Limited.
