Christchurch City Council are holding a conference in relation to Capital Programme and Major Maintenance Contracts for the coming financial years.

We invite Contractors and Consultants to this information session, which is taking place 3pm-5pm, 7 December 2016 at Christchurch City Council, 53 Hereford Street, Level 1, Civic Function Room.

Topics that will be covered:

- Health and Safety;
- FY17/18 City Services Programme (Transport, 3 Waters, Vertical Build and Repair... etc)
- Procurement methodologies and expectations;
- Major Maintenance Contracts Overview;
- SCIRT Update (Transport and 3 Waters).

A moderated Question and Answer session will be held at the close. Answers that can be supplied there and then, will be answered on the spot; otherwise Council will post the written answers on GETs. The GETs Question and Answer forum will be available till 25 January 2017.
