Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified contractors (Respondents) who are interested in delivering improved traffic function and streetscape physical works improvements on Victoria Street from Kilmore/Durham Street intersection to Bealey Avenue as part of the An Accessible City transport chapter of the Central Christchurch Recovery Plan to the Council.

The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist suitable Respondents from the Council ‘preferred supplier list’ (Physical Works – Transport Infrastructure). The EOI process involves a quality attribute evaluation methodology. EOI submissions should clearly demonstrate the Respondent's proven abilities in relation to the key aspects of the Contract Works. It is anticipated that shortlisted Respondents will then be asked to provide commercial proposals under an RFP/RFT process.
