Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably prospective suppliers able to undertake Asbestos Testing and analysis on a range of different Councils building assets, on a 'as-needed' basis.

The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and create a short list of suitable prospective suppliers whom form a Panel of eligible suppliers able to undertake the services based on a dedicated Statement of Work for each service requirement. The EOI process involves a quality attribute evaluation methodology as described in the EOI documents.

EOI submissions should clearly demonstrate the respondent’s proven abilities in relation to the key aspects of the scope of the services.
