This procurement relates to the delivery of cleaning services, including consumables.
Previously these have been provided by both internal staff and external contractors in different locations throughout the Toi Ohomai Campuses. Going forward we wish to have one contractor service all of Toi Ohomai’s campuses. Campuses are located in Rotorua (Mokoia, Waipa), Tauranga (Windermere, Truman Lane), Whakatane, Edgecumbe, Taupo and Tokoroa.
Note – the main scope of this document we are requesting through the ROI is to establish whether or not the contractor can service all Toi Ohomai campuses, and who can offer employment to our internal cleaning team on either better or the same terms and conditions of employment.
This ROI relates to the purchase of cleaning services.
The key outcomes that we want to achieve are:
1) Form a partnership with a cleaning services contractor that goes beyond merely maintaining cleanliness of our facilities to a schedule.
2) Identify the unique value-added components that set contractors apart from one another.
3) Understand how respondents will ensure consistent systems and processes are in place to clean facilities and create a quality impression with students, staff and visitors across all our campuses at all times.
4) We are seeking a contractor who would offer employment to our internal cleaning team on either better or the same terms and conditions of employment.
