What we need

Bay of Plenty District Health Board (Bay of Plenty DHB) is seeking to understand the number and type of suppliers in market who are interested and capable of supplying Ophthalmology Services to the DHB. This information will inform the DHB on which Government Rules of Sourcing procurement process is right for sourcing the future Ophthalmology Service. This market research information is being sought before issuing a notice of procurement to the market.

Bay of Plenty DHB is looking to identify credible providers who have the capability, experience and facilities within the Bay of Plenty region to provide clinically appropriate Ophthalmology Services inclusive of treatment, therapy, advice, diagnostic, investigatory procedures and patient related support to Tauranga Hospital and Whakatane Hospital.
