Auckland Transport (AT) will invest up to $25 million over the next 5 years to implement the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) toolset supplied by Infor. The EAM Project has been devised to provide a single information environment within AT for the integrated management of Asset Management plans, strategies, data, processes, analytics, planning, delivery contracts and reporting, excluding the initial design and build. The integrated information environment is designed to support more effective collaboration and consistent decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

To implement this toolset, the Infor software needs to be integrated with a number of existing AT systems. The high-level requirements for this work are specified in the attached document “EAM Integration – Integration Patterns per Interface” dated October 2019.

The purpose of this procurement is to engage a suitable technology partner who will build the ‘other’ side of the required interfaces that will enable data to be presented by or received into AT’s other systems that exchange data with the EAM solution.
