This Scope and Specification document details the requirements for professional services to complete a combined Indicative and Detailed Business Cases (IBC/DBC) for the Hill Street Intersection Improvement at Warkworth.
The project aims to upgrade and improve the existing intersection and geometrical layout to accommodate current and future traffic volumes with the aim to reduce traffic congestions/wait times and improve safety for all traffic modes including pedestrians and cyclists.
