This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for Auckland Transport (AT). The aim of this process is to seek the provision of a writer and a project manager (2 positions) of AT’s Regional Public Transport Plan (RPTP) to be located in-house at AT for up to 12 months from September 2017 to September 2018, supported by AT staff, commencing as soon as practicably possible.
Scope of services:
1. A Writer to be located in-house at AT to deliver a:
o RPTP initial ‘draft for consultation’ document;
o Summary content for consultation material;
o Public consultation submission report;
o Summary report; and
o Marked up final RPTP document for publication.
2. A Project Manager to be located in-house at AT to develop and manage a programme of work to deliver an adopted RPTP 2018.
Consultants responding must demonstrate requisite skills and experience in a public transport-related environment.
After considering responses AT may then, at its sole discretion, proceed to a competitive process for the procurement of a professional services contract.
Participation in next steps, if any, will not be limited to those who provide responses under this RFI.
