What we need
This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the construction of the Franklin Road Upgrade Project. This project involves the upgrading of approximately 900m of Franklin Road, provide two on road cycle lanes and improved parking. Currently 14,000 vehicles per day use Franklin Road which is lined with mature specimen trees with root systems that will need to be protected during the construction.
