AgResearch undertakes research across many science disciplines. We are seeking to streamline our sample information management systems and are looking for information to design and procure a multi-functional system capable of replacing manual handling processes to track samples, exchange sample data with independent and sometimes external databases. In some cases there will be a need to integrate with existing administrative and highly specialised analysis instrument LIMS (Lab Information Management System). The key outcome will be a comprehensive information hub that can integrate with new and existing lab systems then report, in real time, on sample status from service request through to result delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide information and innovative product designs for a major contributor to New Zealand’s primary industry knowledge economy.
