ACC wishes to implement ‘real time’ customer feedback through the concept of Closed Loop Feedback (Voice of the Customer solution). Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) is intended to operate as the ‘real-time’ pulse check of the ACC customer experience across all functions and levels to enable immediate and coordinated action across ACC.
