The project is for the construction of timber retaining walls, drainage, access step repairs and associated works at the Orakei Basin, Lucerne Road access and Auckland Water Ski Club (AWSC) building, Orakei Basin.
The scope of the work will include:
• Site preparation and sediment and erosion control
• Removal of accumulated sediment and surficial material
• Construction of timber retaining walls (4 locations)
• Installation of retaining wall drainage, steps drainage, catchpits and stormwater outfall structure
• Construction of a concrete footpath
• Construction of step handrails, gate and carry out step repairs
• Misc. minor works including strip drainage, building wall repairs etc.
