The maintenance and cleaning of Auckland Council community facilities and corporate assets is covered by various contracts due to expire June 2017. We are seeking suppliers to express their interest to deliver complete full facility maintenance and cleaning services contracts and/or specialist maintenance services including but not limited to the following:
• Programming and planning of works
• Response work - reactive and minor works
• Asset management and co-ordination of data
• Customer and stakeholder liaison as required
• 24/7 responsive services management
• Cross-contract collaboration.
