As previously advised, Auckland Council will be running a procurement process to secure new bespoke contracts for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of community facilities.
This tender will include five to seven regional full-facility building and open space maintenance contracts. Each of these contracts will include maintenance of all council-owned assets within the geographic area assigned, and may also include minor new capital and renewals work.
Six specialist services have been identified and can be tendered on as separate, Auckland-wide contracts or can be included in the regional full-facility contracts through this process.

Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) will be published on Monday, 8 August 2015, and opened for four weeks (08/08/2016-05/09/2016).
