The Boards of Trustees for the Schools in the Cheviot Cluster and Loburn Cluster (the Buyer) is seeking Construction Services on 5YA and BoT commissioned Projects across the sixteen Schools in the Cheviot Cluster and Loburn Cluster (the Schools).

The objective of this procurement is to source the supply of a construction team (main contractor in conjunction with a team of sub-contractors) to cover all works associated with the school 5YA projects, along with any BoT funded projects that arise during the course of the contract.
