Government Procurement Development Group
The New Zealand Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) is managed by the Government Procurement Solutions (GPS) of the NZ Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment.

GPS's role is to drive procurement reform, provide a centre of advice and expertise on procurement policy and best practice and facilitate better linkage between procurement and wider government strategies and programmes aimed at globally competitive, sustainable economic development, including support for SMEs and innovation.

GPS administers the NZ Government Procurement Policy and the Mandatory Rules for Procurement by Departments, and provides advice on best practice government procurement to government purchasers and suppliers.
